I'm an elementary school teacher maintaining a healthy lifestyle that I can lead every day while still enjoying some indulgences. I lost 90 pounds in 2 1/2 years by following Weight Watchers and incorporating exercise. I have maintained my weight for over a year on my own by eating well and staying active.
